Overview
As an Area Sales Manager, we seek individuals with extensive experience in managing key accounts and driving sales in the retail/FMCG sector to ensure the best market proposition for our customers. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with over 12 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or fresh food key accounts.
Responsibilities
Key Account Management:
- Manage strategic partnerships of the Farmer Brands portfolio.
- Collaborate with Category, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure optimal customer propositions.
Sales Operations:
- Penetrate general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce channels in collaboration with the Distribution team.
- On-board strategic accounts and ensure a wide portfolio of product offerings.
Requirements & Skills
- Should be a Graduate with 12+ years of experience in Retail/FMCG/Fresh Food Key Accounts.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
- Strong data-based decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Oral and written proficiency in English and local language.
- Able to travel 50% of the time.
