Overview
As an Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager, we seek individuals with leadership experience to manage and motivate a sales team, ensuring sales targets are met and customer relationships are sustained. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
Team Management:
- Manage, train, and provide guidance to the sales team.
- Set and achieve reasonable sales targets.
- Monitor and motivate sales team performance.
Customer Engagement:
- Collect customer feedback and update senior management.
- Travel to potential and existing customers to present company offerings.
- Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships.
Sales Strategy:
- Utilize outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to close sales.
- Implement a sales management process to prioritize key customers and prospects.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in the same or related field.
- Proven track record in handling a team and meeting sales quotas.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
