Overview
As a Key Account Executive, we seek individuals with sales experience to establish a strong customer base, achieve sales targets, and manage market visits. The ideal candidate should have completed HSC or hold a Graduate degree, with over 3 years of experience in a sales role preferred.
Responsibilities
Sales Management:
- Achieve sales targets in terms of value and units.
- Manage and develop the MT Customers network.
Customer Relationship:
- Establish a strong customer base for all products in the assigned area.
- Regularly visit modern trade customers’ offices and warehouses.
Operations and Reporting:
- Procure and forward tenders to the superior and HO.
- Follow up on demand, supply, and payments.
Requirements & Skills
- Should be a HSC/Graduate.
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Proven sales track record.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Oral and written proficiency in English and local language.
- Market knowledge.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Good time management and planning skills.
