Overview
As an Operations Executive, we seek individuals with operational management experience to oversee day-to-day logistics, ensure compliance, and drive operational improvements. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with over 3 years of experience in an operations role.
Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment and Logistics:
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment, logistics, and customer experience.
- Lead a large fleet of delivery executives and drivers.
- Plan for adequate fleet availability and infrastructure to meet supply demand.
- Explore opportunities to reduce the overall cost per delivery.
Operations Management:
- Manage daily workflow and operations.
- Ensure compliance in hub operations and logistics.
- Drive strategic programs in large-scale fulfillment/warehouse setups.
- Manage operational and people metrics across hubs.
Process Improvement and Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and direct subordinates to ensure seamless delivery processes.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, and equipment.
- Collaborate with transportation suppliers for optimal delivery rates and routing.
- Monitor deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
- Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Manage inward and outward stock inventory.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
- Prior leadership experience, especially in managing blue-collar employees.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in data analytics and MS Excel.
- Structured problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude.
