Overview
As a Senior Manager of Finance, we seek individuals with extensive experience in financial management and compliance to drive our financial health and strategic planning. The ideal candidate should have completed ICWA/CA and possess over 8 years of post-qualification experience, including a minimum of 2-3 years in managing Profit & Loss (P&L).
Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance:
- Oversee the accounting function and ensure adherence to standards.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L, cost, and profitability analysis.
- Ensure statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.
- Prepare for audits and due diligence.
Financial Planning & Budgeting:
- Manage annual budgeting, track actuals, and analyze variances.
- Oversee rolling forecasts and cash flow.
- Analyze unit economics, profitability, and financial metrics.
- Provide financial, commercial, and strategic support.
- Prepare and monitor division-wise profitability and review.
Reporting:
- Deliver weekly/monthly MIS reports to top management.
Requirements & Skills
- ICWA/CA with 8+ years of experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong financial planning and budgeting skills.
- Experience with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision preferred).
- Ability to build and lead a team with a clear business vision.
- Proficient in translating strategy into actionable plans.
