Vikram leads growth strategy, technology, and launching new business initiatives. Previously, he drove digital transformation, product management, and business excellence at WayCool Foods and Censa, and spent seven years at Beroe Inc in procurement intelligence, commodity risk and product management. He began his career as an Operations Engineer in the United States after completing his master’s degree in integrated manufacturing systems engineering from North Carolina State University.
Victor has been Managing Director of Innoterra Shanghai since February 2021, where he oversees operations and drives strategic growth in the fresh produce business. He brings over 22 years of experience in the industry, having spent most of his career at Dole China in roles including Director of Quality Assurance, Manager of Dole Beijing Food Company, and Senior Director of the Commercial Department.
He graduated from Jiangsu University of Technology with a degree in Food Science and Engineering.
Tan Hun Chong is a global executive with over 28 years of experience in crop protection, animal health, and human supplements. Since 1998, he has held regional leadership roles at Bayer, Sumitomo, DuPont, Lonza, and Eastman, managing worldwide markets while working remotely for 26 years.
Yograjdeep leads the Rice & Spices business at Innoterra, a role he has grown into since joining the company in 2018. With 8+ years of experience spanning supply chain management, international trade, and business leadership, he owns the full scope of the vertical — commercial strategy, business development, customer relationships, fulfilment, and P&L management. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture with a major in Plant Genetics.

Ron founded Innoterra AG in 2004 and served as CEO and chairman of the Board until 2023. Prior to that, he co-founded AccessArena AG, developing contactless smart card technology for credit cards.
From 1998 to 2000, he was president and CEO of USM Haller USA. Earlier, he co-founded PSSR in Zurich, a change management consulting firm for large corporations.
